Shipping policy

The estimated delivery time is approximately three working days from the date the package is handed over to the carrier (DHL). Please note that this timeframe is indicative and not guaranteed (refer to our Terms and Conditions). Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays and the following dates: December 31st, Good Friday (the Friday before Easter), Summer Break: August 10th to August 20th. When placing your order, please ensure the shipping address is as complete and accurate as possible to prevent any errors or carrier delays.
